ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Providing administrative support, including meetings, sessions (current and online) schedule 
  • Translation, answering inquiries, proper documentation, etc. 
  • Meeting planning, sessions, agendas, materials and circulation of protocols
  • Designing meeting and meeting agendas, providing materials to stakeholders
  • Maintenance of the director's incoming and outgoing calls, in the system of mail and other types of communication 
  • Carrying out organizational work related to business trips and working visits 
  • Perform other tasks and tasks if necessary 
  •  Working hours from Monday to Friday 9: 00-18: 00   

  • Higher economic education 
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages 
  • Organizational skills Ability to maintain privacy 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform several tasks simultaneously 
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to orient oneself in difficult situations 
  • Ability to work effectively on set deadlines 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of 1C 8 software will be considered an advantage 
  • Flexibility to change 
  • Ability to quickly navigate difficult situations Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills 
  • Work experience is desirable
