These subscription terms apply to clients who purchase recurring services from TML Consulting LLC, such as software solutions (e.g., 1C Accounting Software, Bitrix24) or consulting, through our client hub or agreements. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, part of the Terms of Use, and to applicable Armenian laws, including the Civil Code and the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

We provide access to subscribed services during the subscription term, subject to payment, via the client hub or other platforms. Services are provided as described in the order form or agreement, in accordance with the Civil Code’s freedom of contract principles. We may update services with notice via the client hub or email: info@tmlconsultant.com. For digital contracts, we ensure compliance with the Law of Armenia on Trade and Services, providing clear terms and electronic signature options where applicable.

You agree to:

• Use services lawfully, within user limits set in the order form, and in compliance with Armenian law.
• Prevent unauthorized access and secure account credentials.
• Not resell or lease services without our written consent, per the Civil Code’s contract regulations.
• Provide accurate information as required by the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights for service agreements.

Fees are payable in advance (monthly or yearly) in Armenian drams, as required by Armenian law, based on the order form. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via the client hub or email (info@tmlconsultant.com) at least 20 days before the billing cycle ends, per consumer protection laws. Fees are non-refunded, except for material breach by us or as required by law. Overdue payments (30+ days) may lead to service suspension. We disclose all pricing and renewal terms clearly, as mandated by the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ notice, per the Civil Code. Either party may terminate for material breach (e.g., unpaid fees, non-compliance) with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds for unused terms are issued only if we breach materially, as per consumer protection regulations. Upon termination, you must cease using the services, and we will protect your data per our Privacy Policy and the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
